Delivery & Returns
Delivery service is only available within New Zealand. Once an online order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order and you have not received notification that it is on the way, please contact us on 09 4421630 - we will endeavour to arrange cancellation where possible.
Top Products Ltd is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition (unworn with packaging/labels attached) within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. We will happily exchange your purchase. Top Products Ltd has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 14 day period.
If you receive faulty or incorrect product, please contact us. Please quote your order number. We will arrange to rectify the problem.
